Walking groups
Meet under the oak tree at the front of Maldon Neighbourhood Centre and set off in a group from there. Walks last between 1 and 1.5 hours.
Mondays (social walk): 9.30 am
Tuesdays (brisk walk): 7.30 am
Fridays (social walk): 9.30 am
All welcome. No bookings necessary.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga continues until MNC closes on December 21, starting again 2 and 4 February 2022

Chair Yoga
A very gentle class designed for people who require special consideration. Finishes Friday 17 December, starts again in 2022 on 4 February.

Yoga & Relaxation
Open your body and mind with this yoga class.
Mondays 6 -7.30pm.
Please note: these classes will be held at Maldon Community Centre in Francis street from May 2, then return to the Maldon Neighbourhood Centre Hall from September.
$12 per session, pay as you go.

Get moving to music. Sean will take you through simple dance steps which will be a fun way to fitness. No experience necessary, beginners welcome.

Thursdays 11.00 - 12.00, Maldon Neighbourhood Centre hall. Supported by Castlemaine Community Health.
All welcome. Numbers will be limited to 10, and COVID-safe practices in place.
