Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga starting again in February 2021
Wendy is ready to welcome newcomers and established yoga-goers alike.
Wednesdays 5 - 6.30pm; Fridays 9 -10.30

Chair Yoga
A very gentle class designed for people who require special consideration.
Fridays 11 – 12 noon

Yoga & Relaxation
Open your body and mind with the new yoga class. Starts 2 February.
Tuesdays 6 -7.30pm
$15 casual/$120 for 10 weeks (first session free).

Tai Chi 
Tai chi  11.30 - 12.30, Maldon Neighbourhood Centre hall. All welcome. Numbers will be limited to 10, and COVID-safe practices in place. All welcome.

Walking groups

Meet under the oak tree at the front of Maldon Neighbourhood Centre and set off in a group from there. Walks last between 1 and 1.5 hours.

Mondays (social walk): 9.30 am
Tuesdays (brisk walk): 7.30 am
Fridays (social walk): 9.30 am

All welcome. No bookings necessary.
