Our local farmers and makers market takes place on the 2nd Sunday of the month in and around Maldon Neighbourhood Centre. It brings together handmade and homemade produce from independent artisans, gourmet food makers and growers.
The Baringhup-Maldon Community Bus does regular runs to Castlemaine, Maryborough and Kangaroo Flat.
A door-to-door service, provided by volunteer drivers, operating Tuesdays and Fridays.
Room & Equipment Hire
The Centre’s meeting and event spaces are available for individuals, community organisations or businesses to hire. Equipment is also available to hire for events on or off-site.
Auspicing for Local Groups
Maldon Neighbourhood Centre supports community initiatives and works with local groups and organisations to do what they want to do, sustainably. As an incorporated organisation, the Centre can ‘host’ a non-incorporated community group (or individual) through an auspice arrangement.
Who Gives a Crap
We sell rolls of Who Gives a Crap toilet paper for those after some ethical toilet paper!
Internet, Computers & Printer
Laptops, Wi-Fi access, printing and scanning are available anytime during Centre open hours.
We simply wouldn't be here, doing all the things that we do, without the support ideas, activism, energy, skill and community networks of our volunteers and members.
