No Lights, No Lycra is a global dance community where you can move freely to the music - there is no light, no lycra, no teacher, no steps to learn, no technique, just free movement and self-expression. NLNL is a safe, alcohol-free event run in low-light conditions to give dancers the feeling of dancing like no-one is watching. Suitable for all levels of fitness, bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes to dance in.
